Orient Express Competition Winner

The Howard Centre in Welwyn Garden City ran a competition to win a day trip on the Orient Express.  Entries had to be completed on-line on the Centre’s new web site, www.howardcentre.co.uk.

The Centre’s Marketing Manager Shirley Harper said “the response to the competition was overwhelming with over 27,000 entries.  There is something about the Orient Express which seems to capture people’s imagination which made the prize very desirable”. 

The lucky winner Lindsay Petcher was absolutely delighted with her prize and says her dilemma is whether to take her boyfriend or Dad who are both very keen to be invited!
