Q: Does the Howard Centre have Parent and Child car parking facilities?
A: There are a number of parent and child car parking spaces on levels 3, 5, and 7 in the car park adjacent to the pay stations.
Q: Do you have any baby changing facilities?
A: Yes, we have a Mother & Baby Room on the first floor, next to the public toilets.
Q: Are there facilities for disabled visitors?
A: Yes, we have Shopmobility located on the first floor at the entrance to the car park.
Q: Are there any cashpoints in the Howard Centre?
A: Yes, there is one on the first floor by the Library, and one on the ground floor by Barclays Bank.
Q. Can anyone film in the Howard Centre?
A: No filming is not permitted in the Howard Centre without prior written permission. If you would like to film please write to our Marketing Manager.
Q: Does the Howard Centre have a lost property office?
A: Yes, if you have lost something in the Howard Centre please contact 01707 320026 as soon as possible, items will be held for three months only.
